Description
This file collection is an output from the TRISTAN consortium. TRISTAN stands for TRanslational Imaging in Drug SafeTy AssessmeNt. TRISTAN Work Package 2 focuses specifcally on non-invasive liver imaging technologies for quantification of drug effects on hepatobiliary transport.
This file collection contains all the associated MR sequence files and standard operating procedures for carrying out the required aquistions that were applied for the preclinical TRISTAN-WP2 rat studies. Users will be able to execute a free-breathing dynamic 3D T1 mapping and DCE imaging sequences on Bruker MRI scanners running ParaVision 6.0.1.
Instructions for the standard operating procedures can be found in 5.2.D3_PReclinMRIProtAppNote.zip
which has a written set of instructions (5.2.D3_AppNote.pdf
) to go alongside additional instructions with sequence screenshots (5.2.D3_AppNote.ppt.pdf
).
The specific sequence ParaVision 6.0.1. files are contained in the 5.2.D3_ImagingProtocols.zip
directory.
The research leading to these results received funding from the Innovative Medicines Initiatives 2 Joint Undertaking under grant agreement No 116106. This Joint Undertaking receives support from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme and EFPIA.
