<p>"Open science in a nutshell" is a presentation given by Shalini Kurapati and Michiel de Jong to PhD students at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management at TU Delft on 7 September 2018.</p>

<p><em>Abstract</em></p>
<p>Shalini will talk about the benefits of data management and the motivation behind data sharing during the PhD research cycle and offer some practical tips on these topics. She will also throw some light on the available resources, training and support available for PhD students with regards to disciplinary specific data management.</p>
<p>Michiel will elaborate on how to create impact with open science and how open science can help increase your web presence. He will introduce several platforms which can help you showcase your work (including social media tools).</p>
<p>This will be an interactive session, with a lot of time for questions and answers.</p>
