We use a multicriteria decision analysis (MCDA) to assess 50 mobility offers, relying on
\nan original two-step assessment method. In a first step, we use the diviz decision-aid tool to obtain a global score
\nfor every offer, on the basis of 18 criteria that cover the three domains of sustainable development: economics,
\nenvironment, society. In a second step, we use the MICMAC decision-aid tool to build relationships of influence
\nand dependency between the 18 criteria. For each type of territory, we state what could be a development scenario
\nfor the future of mobility. Ultimately, an innovative hybrid mobility solution relies on the strengths and levers of
\nthe offers that were assessed, in response to the mobility scenario. We identify relevant solutions for dense and
\nlow-dense areas: in particular, carpooling offers reach particular efficiency in low-dense areas, combined with
\nwalking practices. Such combinations should be assisted by reliable multimodal mobility applications.
", "license": { "id": "CC-BY-NC-ND-4.0" }, "title": "Implementing a two-step decision-aid tool for the assessment of new mobility offers in a spatial framework", "relations": { "version": [ { "count": 1, "index": 0, "parent": { "pid_type": "recid", "pid_value": "1487510" }, "is_last": true, "last_child": { "pid_type": "recid", "pid_value": "1487511" } } ] }, "communities": [ { "id": "tra2018" } ], "keywords": [ "multicriteria decision analysis, decision-aid tool, mobility offer, mobility usage." ], "publication_date": "2018-04-16", "creators": [ { "name": "R\u00e9my Le Boennec" }, { "name": "Isabelle Nicola\u00ef" }, { "name": "Pascal Da Costa" } ], "meeting": { "acronym": "TRA2018", "url": "https://2018.traconference.eu/", "dates": "16-19 April 2018", "place": "Vienna", "title": "7th Transport Research Arena TRA 2018 (TRA 2018)" }, "access_right": "open", "resource_type": { "subtype": "conferencepaper", "type": "publication", "title": "Conference paper" }, "related_identifiers": [ { "scheme": "doi", "identifier": "10.5281/zenodo.1487510", "relation": "isVersionOf" } ] } }
