Description

This project provides fortran scripts allowing to run single- and multiple-trait structured antedependence models with ASReml3 for studying data with repeated measurements.

It contains 3 fortran programs: saduni.f90 for single-trait SAD model; sadmulti.f90 for multiple-trait SAD model; matrixSAD.f90 to calculate variance-covariance matrix using SAD parameters and a tutorial (SAD_tutorial.docx)

(To use saduni.f90 and sadmulti.f90 with ASReml4 see additional notes)

Notes

Format accepted in the .gdg file changed in ASReml4. To use sad fortran programs with ASReml4 you have to change "6D13.7" by "6D14.7" line 79 in sadmulti.f90 and line 73 in saduni.f90
