FEniCS code for simulation of transient diffusive and convective transport in the brain interstitium under 1) conditions of real-time iontophoresis (RTI) experiments used for probing and characterizing the brain interstitium, and 2) clearance of beta amyloid from an initial concentration (such as an interstitial injection). Code allows variation of void volume, tortuosity, convective flow velocity (through pressure boundary conditions and hydraulic conductivity), geometries/dimensions, diffusivity of perivascular wall, through changes in parameters at beginning of code.
