Description

Raw and deconvolved cryo-electron tomograms of a mouse embryonic fibroblast which was frozen and then milled to a thin lamella using a focused ion beam. Tomograms have been binned by 4, and the reconstruction and deconvolution were done by the Warp/IMOD workflow (http://warpem.com/warp/).
