Stričkov šarenjak u uzgoju soje

Description

Stričkov šarenjak (Vanessa cardui L.) je štetnik soje u Hrvatskoj i mnogim zemljama jugoistočne Europe (Srbija, Bosna i Hercegovina, Mađarska, Rumunjska, Bugarska).

The painted lady butterfly (Vanessa cardui L.) is a soybean pest in Croatia and many countries in Southeast Europe (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria). It also occurs in Central, Western and Northern Europe (Austria, France, Germany). This pest appears occasionally, usually once every four to five years, when it may be of economic importance. It can cause significant damage in years with intense infection when more than one third of the leaf mass is eaten. However, insecticide treatment is rarely necessary or economically justified.
