III: Preliminary Evidence for a New Type of Radiation in Sunlight

Sunlight consists of photons with neutrinos, alpha particles and protons.  Using two different experimental techniques, we show that there is a new type of radiation in sunlight, which creates ordered structures in water which persist for weeks and months.  We deduce that this new type of radiation, which lowers entropy levsls, exists in the mirror sector of a new type of unified theory based upon quantum mechanics and chronometric invariant general relativity.  There is some evidence that it involves a new force which creates persistent ordered structures.
