A virtual machine for the benchmark workflow of cell-cell interaction prediction tools for sc-RNA seq data. It contains the seven CCI prediction tools under comparison, scRNA-seq datasets of IPF to be used as input, a manually curated gold standard of known IPF CCIs, a jupyter notebook with the main workflow, and associated functions.
