CICE release with MOSAiC and Resolute data types and h_iceruf

Description

This release is based on the CICE Consortium model (https://github.com/CICE-Consortium, accessed 17 Oct 2025).

This version includes modifications for new data types and ice roughness by Pedro Duarte and Giulia Castellani.

This release was used to simulate N-ICE2015, Resolute and MOSAIC 1D vertical case studies. New model forcing data types were included. Also, h_iceruf was introduced to change sea ice bottom roughness only for biogeochemical exchanges.
The code already contains a parameter called iceruf for ice roughness but we created a new one only for biogeochemical exchanges between the ice and the ocean, to avoid interfering with other parts of the code. In due time we must replace h_iceruf with the iceruf. This code should be used together with an Icepack release that is also published in Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.5815586).

These changes were meant to implemnt and test a new Reynolds-based parameterization to compute nutrient exchanges at the ice-ocean interface based, described in the paper "Turbulence-Enhanced Nutrient Supply: A Key Driver of Algal
Growth in the Arctic".
