An Empirical Study of Self-Supervised Learning Methods using Vision Transformers for Small-Sample 3D MRI Alzheimer's Disease Detection

This repository contains the pre-trained weights of the best models that have shown the best performance across different pre-training datasets and pre-training durations (epochs). The weights are for ViT-B model.
