National COVID Cohort Collaborative (N3C)

National COVID Cohort Collaborative (N3C)

The National COVID Cohort Collaborative (N3C) is a complementary and synergistic partnership among the Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) Program hubs, the National Center for Data to Health (CD2H), distributed clinical data networks (PCORnet, OHDSI, ACT/i2b2, TriNetX), and other partner organizations, with overall stewardship by NIH’s National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences. The N3C aims to improve the efficiency and accessibility of analyses using a very large row-level (patient-level) COVID-19 clinical dataset and demonstrate a novel approach for collaborative pandemic data sharing. Visit covid.cd2h.org for more information.

To support data discovery and collaborative efforts, this COVID-19 community collection was created to collect research resources and make them openly available. The N3C Zenodo repository community collects research outputs and information objects produced by and for CTSA Program hubs and that are relevant to the N3C initiative. Users are encouraged to upload their N3C research objects to this collection to facilitate their sharing and discovery.

Although Open Access articles and datasets are recommended for submission, closed and restricted access materials are also accepted. All types of N3C-related research outputs and information objects can be included in this repository community.

When depositing a resource that is linked to other resources (deposited in Zenodo, GitHub, or other repositories), it is important that the record is linked to all the other available related resources to adhere to the FAIR principles of Open Science for maximizing reusability.
