Journal of One Health Research is an independent scientific publication focused on publishing in a one health field. The publication policy of the journal is determined by the editorial board. All publications sent to the journal for publication are evaluated impartially by the editorial board and two referees. Each submitted manuscript is not shared with anyone other than the editorial board and referees, and its confidentiality is ensured.

Authors are obliged to report any financial relationship or conflict of interest related to the work they send for publication. Before each article is uploaded to the system, the "Conflict of Interest Form" on the web page of the journal must be filled and uploaded. In addition, conflicts of interest with the referees and editors are controlled by the editor-in-chief.

Ethics committee approval is sought for each original study submitted to the journal. This consent will be stated in the article as the name of the ethics committee, the date and number of consent and will be uploaded to the system during the upload of the article. In case the study was conducted on humans, it should be stated in the article that an Informed Consent Form was obtained from the participating individuals. In case reports, the statement that the case's information will be used for publication purposes will be stated in the text and the relevant document will be uploaded to the system. All studies should have been conducted in accordance with the latest amendments to the Declaration of Helsinki. Patient information must be obtained in accordance with the Patient Rights Regulation (Official Gazette dated 01.08.1998 and numbered 23420).

Experimental studies reporting results on animals, Universal Declaration of Animal Rights, European Convention for the Protection of Vertebrate Animals Used for Experimental and Other Scientific Purpose, T.C. Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on the Establishment, Working Control Procedures and Principles of the Laboratory to Experiment with the Production Sites of Experimental Animals Used for Experimental and Other Scientific Purposes, Principles of Laboratory Animal Science, the care and use of laboratory animals. It will be stated in the study that it was carried out in accordance with the rules and principles in the relevant handbooks and the consent obtained from the Experimental Animals Ethics Committee will be stated in the article as the name of the institution, the date of consent and its number. In addition, the relevant consent will be uploaded to the system.

Each manuscript submitted for publication to the Journal of One Health Research is screened for plagiarism. All work with a plagiarism percentage of 20% or more will be rejected outright.
