OTIS is publicly available dataset containing sequences of optical observations made through the atmospheric turbulence. Its purpose is to propose a free dataset available for the community developing image processing restoration algorithms to assess and compare all developed algorithms.

The dataset contains both static and dynamic sequences and most of them are provided with their groundtruth.
