Before an article is published, it must meet the following conditions:

1. 1. The author(s) warrant that the manuscript submitted is his/her/their own original research.
   2. All participated authors in this work take public responsibility and have approved that the manuscript has not been sent any other journal for publication.
   3. All matter included in the manuscript does not violate any existing copyright rules and any intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
   4. The manuscript meets ethical standards applicable to the research discipline.
   5. Manuscripts must be free of any unauthorized quotation and misquotations.
   6. Manuscripts must be submitted in the English language and authors must ensure that the article has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere in any format, and that there are no ethical concerns with the contents or data collection.
   7. The authors warrant that the information submitted is not redundant and respects general guidelines of ethics in publishing.
   8. All papers are evaluated by at least two international referees, who are known scholars in their fields.
   9. Manuscripts submitted to the Science and Technology International Journal are approved by the Editor-in-chief followed by formal peer review process conducted in collaboration with editorial board members and independent referees.
   10. Submissions to the Science and Technology International Journal passes through a double-blind peer-review process.
   11. The criteria for publication in Science and Technology International Journal are as follows:
       • The study presents the results of primary scholarly research.
       • Results reported have not been published elsewhere.
       • The research meets all applicable standards of ethics and research integrity.
       • Experiments, statistics, and other analyses are performed to a high technical standard and are described in sufficient detail.
       • Conclusions are presented in an appropriate fashion and are supported by the data.
       • The article is presented in an intelligible fashion.
   12. Once the manuscripts have passed quality control, they are assigned to a member of the Editorial Board (or an expert who is not a member of the Board) for conducting the peer-review process and for making a decision to accept, invite revision of, or reject the article.
