IJESOS is an open access, academic and periodical publication published 2 times a year in the fields of Educational and Social Sciences. Blind refereeing system is applied in the journal. If one of the referees gives a positive opinion and the other a negative opinion, the editors make the decision about the publication of the article. IJESOS has a strict broadcasting approach against looting. Studies in the nature of research articles must have a maximum of 20% similarity when scanned in the plagiarism program, excluding the references. Articles with more similarity cannot be accepted for publication. However, this rate can be altered for exceptional texts like thesis summaries, compilations, work presentations, translations, etc. provided that the source is indicated and the aforementioned texts can be accepted for publishing. It is the responsibility of the author(s) to upload the plagiarism report to the system and ensure that it is at the desired rate. Articles submitted to IJESOS must not be published elsewhere or waiting for publication. The author(s) agree in advance to transfer the publication and copyright of the articles they send for publication to IJESOS. The author(s) cannot demand any fees or other privileges for this reason. Published articles can be used by anyone, with attribution to IJESOS and the author(s).
